The Youth Development Specialist will interact with students to facilitate social skill development. Other duties include the coordinator of recreational, educational and cultural trips; co-facilitation of positive prevention groups; and the supervision of daily activities and the engagement of students during recreational programming. The Youth Development Specialist will be responsible for inputting consent forms and daily attendance for students in recreation into the online database. This individual is required to attend weekly team meetings and in-house agency trainings as required. The candidate should be a culturally competent individual who will work in alignment with Family Connections' mission. The individual must be an enthusiastic team player and dedicated to the families we serve.
