Program Coordinator - MHSUS Program

The Program Coordinator responsibilities include supporting the team with maintaining monthly contract requirements, assisting with clinical outpatient and intensive outpatient programs. The Coordinator will carry an abbreviated caseload providing individual and group therapy, including conducting comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, etc. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal consultation and staff supervision, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources and organizing treatment activities for the communication skills, will be highly organized, creative and have experience with electronic health records. The Program Coordinator would be part of an integrated team of Mental Health and Substance Abuse providers and must be a team player. The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Program Manager and will be asked to oversee the program during the manager's absence. This position requires some evening hours. The candidate should be a culturally competent individual who will work in alignment with the Family Connection' mission.

REQUIRED SKILLS & SPECIFIC LICENSE(S)

  • LCSW/LPC with the ability to clinically supervise.
  • Must have experience working with clients with co-occurring disorders.
  • Experience with adolescents and adults in substance abuse and the mental health field
  • Experience working with trauma and domestic violence.
  • Experience collaborating with the Department of Child Protection and Permanency
  • Trained in the Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency Model (ARC)
  • Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Health Record
  • Must be willing to work towards getting a LCADC licensure.
